課程概述 Course Description

著作權法為文化發展之動力，本課程除研析著作權法重要概念、議題外，將加強法院判決研究與案例、國家考試試題演練，以訓練學生思辯應答能力。
Copyright Law is the driving force for the development of culture. This course will give not only the fundamental knowledge of copyright theory and its hot issues, but also the chance to cases study on courts’decisions, model cases of bar & judges examens relative to copyright.
