課程概述 Course Description

本課程之規劃設計,主要係為藉由本課程之研習,使學生能接觸與閱讀美國法學名著,於增進學生之英文閱讀與英文表達能力之同時,使學生對美國法學思維與美國法學,有更深一層之認識與領悟;從而使學生掌握比較法學的方法,為學生未來之法學研究,奠定扎實之基礎。而為達此目的,為求於有限之上課時數之下,使學生能對各別美國法學之重要領域,有ㄧ充分之認識,本課程將於每學期,於美國法學之各個法學領域之中,擇一領域加以深入之研析,並藉由美國著名法學家作品之介紹與討論,增益學生之法學視野。本學期課程之研習重點,為法律經濟學。
This course intends to enhance students' English comprehension ability, so that they will be able to use english literature when writing their master thesis.

  • 使學生能瞭解美國刑事訴訟法學之基礎原理原則
  • 使學生能夠分辨並解釋各種不同刑事訴訟階段之法律規範
  • 使學生能夠運用刑事訴訟法學的原理原則,並將其適用於刑事訴訟實務之中
  • 使學生能分析不同刑事訴訟階段之不同法律問題,並能清楚表達
  • 使學生能夠辨識不同行為態樣所可能產生的法律議題,並運用相關法律規範於實際案例之中
  • 使學生能以書面或口頭方式將所獲結果與同儕及教師溝通與呈現
  • 使學生能透過小組討論展現團隊合作能力
