課程概述 Course Description
政經發展與政策課程之內容將延續著政治經濟學理論的訓練,進一步重視理論與實務的結合,以及應用到重要的國內外政經議題,既強調發展內涵,也重視發展政策的制訂與實踐,來面對當前各國所面臨的發展挑戰與問題。因此,本課程將從四小龍經濟發展、中國大陸崛起、東南亞金融危機、到愛爾蘭、北歐與杜拜發展模式之討論,理出一些發展與政策上的問題,同時也將進一步討論人口與貧窮問題、永續發展政策、人權與民主化、全球治理、市民社會治理、石油能源政治與政策、社會福利政策、區域發展政策、文化創意經濟、資訊科技政策、第三部門產業、國家與人本安全、E化政策發展、環保政策、人力資源與教育政策、經貿發展政策等。Political Economy of Development Policy
