課程概述 Course Description

從全人的觀點探討高齡者的食品營養問題,以及如何規劃、設計、操作以滿足從健康到疾病不同高齡者的飲食營養需求。
The course focuses on the basic ability of academic writing. The contents include research questions, literature reading and integration, thesis organization and writing, research grant, and paper publication. The objectives include: (1) using databases and fining literature, (2) papers reading and note-taking, (3) articles framework and writing, (4) research grant writing, and (5) article publication.

  • 從自我導向學習及與社區長者實際接觸,以了解社區之高齡長者的飲食習慣與可能問題
  • 從跨領域合作,習得創新健康介入設計與評價之能力
