課程概述 Course Description

本課程旨在瞭解影響民眾無法從事健康生活之因素,以及學習健康行為理論,並發展不同層次的改變或介入技巧。
This course improves the articulation of health behavior theory and practice through review and critique of theories and specific case studies. This course will focus on behavioral intervention and will require students to combine their previous knowledge in theory, foundations, organization, planning, methods, and evaluation. There are three major parts of this course: (1) review and critique of commonly used health behavior theories; (2) how to design and evaluate public health interventions; and (3) planning health promotion programs and interventions specifically using health behavior theories. We will cover some advanced discussion of research design, such as the multiphase optimization strategy.
