課程概述 Course Description

本課程將結合理論,方法及應用面讓學生對結構生物學有基本認識。此外課程中會介紹一些常用分析蛋白質結構之工具及影像分析軟體,從結構生物學角度來探討與蛋白質之交互作用及其功能性
Understanding the protein structure allows one to understand further protein function. The objective of the course is to teach the basic principles of structural biology wishing to determine protein structures. The tools for analyzing the protein structure will be introduced.

  • 讓學生對結構生物學有基本概念。
  • 實作讓學生了解現今解析蛋白結構的常用的工具及技術。
  • 協助學生閱讀最近發表的國際期刊文章以了解結構生物學之應用。
