課程概述 Course Description

本科目延續進階護理核心概念課程,期待修習學生能本著人文關懷的精神,認知當代精神衛生的照護模式及相關重要議題,並探討以家庭為中心之精神衛生進階護理師(Advanced Practice Nurse, APN) 的角色與功能,加強家庭評估、問題解決、專業溝通及以實證為基礎之護理介入與評價能力,準備成為精神衛生之入門進階護理師,發揮直接照護者、教育者、協調者、諮詢者與研究者之角色。並要求學生能充分利用護理資訊,深入了解與精神衛生有關的法令、政策與新知之發展,探討其對國人精神衛生的影響,銜接理論與實務,並評論與倫理有關的議題及採取適當行動,同時發展特殊之護理技能與問題解決策略。
The aim of this course is to help students to establish a spirit of humanism. By full use of nursing information, they may understand psychiatry-related regulations and policies, and their influence on the mental health of people, including both theoretical and practical aspects. Related ethical issues will also be discussed.

  • 認識文化脈絡對人類健康、疾病與護理之影響,討論如何運用相關理論知識於護理實務中。
  • 確認以家庭為中心之精神衛生護理模式,討論如何運用相關理論知識、措施於臨床實務中。
  • 認知當前精神衛生進階護理師之發展與展望,並討論其可發揮的角色與功能。
  • 認識近代精神生物醫學與精神病理、藥理的研究與發展趨勢。
  • 剖析當前精神衛生面臨的照護組織變革、社會、法律與倫理相關議題。
  • 探討精神衛生護理相關特殊族群之照護,並設計一個以實證為基礎之護理介入方案。
