課程概述 Course Description
本科目為提昇學生之臨床照護品質，擴展家庭為中心之兒科護理人員之角色與功能，藉由授課、專題討論、口頭與書面報告方式，期待學生能認知現階段產兒科護理重要議題，並探討以家庭為中心之產兒科進階護理師(Advanced Practice Nurse, APN) 的角色與功能，加強家庭評估、問題解決、專業溝通及以實證為基礎之護理介入與評價之能力，準備成為產兒科之入門進階護理師，發揮直接照護者、教育者、協調者、諮詢者與研究者之角色。The course presents the issues regarding family-centered maternal-child nursing, as well as explores the role and function of an advanced practice nurse in maternal-child nursing. The course’s content focuses on family assessment, problem solving, clinical reasoning, and professional communication. The course is also designed to develop the competency of evidence-based intervention and evaluation for advanced nursing practice.
