課程概述 Course Description

本課程由企業經營實務的角度來探討財務報表對企業的價值創造。課程內容會由三大財務報表的基礎談起,延伸到各企業關係人對於財務報表的關注重點與期待,包含內外部管理者,董監事,投資者,主管機關等。最終探討在實務經營上,財務人員如何在企業價值創造上扮演重要的角色。各周的主題安排如下: 1.課程介紹 2財務報表的運用(1) — 資產負債表 3.財務報表的運用(2) — 損益表 4.財務報表的運用(3) — 現金流量表 5.各類企業關係人對財務報表的關注重點與要求 6.財務人員的價值創造
This course is designed to understand the value creation of financial statements from the view of business practice. The class contents start with the introduction of three major financial statements. It then extends to discuss the focuses and expectations of financial statements from major stakeholders. The course concludes by exploring the mechanism through which financial managers play an important role in corporate value creation. The weekly topics are as follows. 1.Course introduction 2.Introduction of financial statements (1) — Balance sheet 3.Introduction of financial statements (2) — Income statement 4.Introduction of financial statements (3) — Statement of cash flow 5.The focuses on financial statements from stakeholders 6.The corporate value creation of financial managers
