課程概述 Course Description

『國際策略管理』旨在討論企業整體或事業單位所面臨的策略性決策(strategic decisions)。不同於作業性的決策,策略性的決策與企業的長期發展有關需整合考量各領域功能。因此,學習者必須從企業最高主管的角度,思考企業如何在競爭的環境中,構築競爭優勢、實現企業目標、達成永續成長的長短期作法。本課程的最終目的在建構學習者明確的策略思考架構與策略分析方法,從而強化學習者的策略管理能力。
“International Strategic Management” is focused on the discussion about strategic decisions Different from operational decisions, strategic decisions are related to corporate long-term developments, which are needed to concern every function from each area. Therefore, learners should reflect on how a company builds up their own competitive advantages and develops their own approaches on different periods for pursuing sustainable growth. The terminal goal of this course is to help learners construct a clear structure on strategic thinking and methods for strategic analysing, and strengthen their strategic management capability.
