課程概述 Course Description
The purpose of the course is to incorporate the investment theories with the comprehensive models of the strategic management process into a usable content. It enables the practicing managers to fully understand the potential value added by the best financial strategy. The objective is to convey the conceptual logic behind financial strategies rather than to focus on excessively complex mathematics or formula. EMBA students registered in this course should expect to get involved in full participation of class discussion, and make presentation on topics assigned to them.The purpose of the course is to incorporate the investment theories with the comprehensive models of the strategic management process into a usable content.
