課程概述 Course Description

本課程提供EMBA學生企業經營和資本市場的會計和金融當代重要主題的深入探索。 透過全面的案例研究,培養學生必要的實用研究應用技能,以分析和制定有關營利性和非營利性公司的會計和財務的公司決策。並介紹近幾年全球非常重視的永續發展(ESG)和綜合報導概念以及實際商業案例。
The purpose of this course is to provide EMBA students with an advanced exploration of the contemporary important topics in accounting and finance for today’s business enterprises and capital markets. Through comprehensive case studies, students will develop the practical research application skills necessary to analyze and make corporate decisions regarding accounting and finance in for-profit and not-for-profit companies. In addition, the concept of sustainable development and integrated reporting, which has received a lot of attention worldwide in recent years, as well as practical business cases will also be introduced.
