課程概述 Course Description本課程將使學生瞭解作業研究與統計資料科學之理論及其應用，課程內容包含線性規劃、馬可夫鏈、隨機規劃、馬可夫決策過程、等候理論、萬用啟發式演算法、賽局理論、線性迴歸、分類方法、決策樹、支援向量機、非監督式學習和隨機森林等，並以程式實作讓學生撰寫實際問題，使學生具備求解實務產業問題的能力。
This course will enable students to understand the basic theory and applications of operations research and statistical data science. The course content includes linear programming, Markov chain, stochastic programming, Markov decision processes, queueing theory, metaheuristic and its applications, game theory, linear methods for regression, linear methods for classification, decision trees, support vector machines, unsupervised learning, random forests, etc. By writing the program for actual problems, students will have the ability to solve practical industrial problems.
