課程概述 Course Description

這門課的講義部分偏重於都市再生的策略計畫與發展計畫之間的配合能夠帶動周遭都市的發展。重點有三:一、計畫範圍的確定(包括空間、權利關係人、財務分配);二、學習國內外相關都市再生的好案例並探討與台灣地區相關並可供參考之處;三、開發事業計畫的擬定,強調空間使用的組合安排(特別是商用部動產的部分、權力分配計畫與公私分工的可能性)。實習部分則強調:一、再生目標的界定與範圍劃設;二、依據現行台灣地區法規規定擬具事業計畫。
The course is taught in lectures and studio works. Lectures emphasize defining and achieving urban regeneration goals through strategic plans and development project; some best practice case studies will be introduced. Studio part includes: 1. Defining the planning boundaries in terms of space, stakeholders, and finance. 2. Articulating the development project. 3. Evaluating the feasibility of development project in accordance with the current Taiwanese laws and regulations.
