課程概述 Course Description
本課程主要在建立學生對於薄膜工程技術的基礎認知，內容包括真空技術、薄膜應用簡介、物理鍍膜技術、化學鍍膜技術等相關技術基礎原理的介紹，亦提供薄膜量測分析的實務課程。This course is mainly to establish students' basic knowledge of thin film engineering technology, including the introduction of vacuum technology, thin film application introduction, physical coating technology, chemical coating technology and other related technical basic principles. It also provides a practical course of thin film measurement analysis.
