課程概述 Course Description

創業可分成三個階段,0到1、1到10及10到100。0到1就是創業從最初始,到破繭而出的階段。萬事起頭難,創業最困難的挑戰,就在於0到1的階段,創業團隊能否釐清創業的關鍵思路,包括創業假說、市場定位與創業目的等、能否有明確的共同追求的目標,以發揮團隊的潛能、及是否具備溝通的能力,以順利取得所需的資源,完成任務?面對一個快速變化的未來,這些關鍵問題的思考及能力的訓練,不僅可以應用在創業的議題上,它也可以幫助學生,提升處理問題的能力。
Entrepreneurship can be divided into three stages, 0 to 1, 1 to 10, and 10 to 100. 0 to 1 is the stage from the initial stage to the emergence of a business. Everything is difficult to get started. The most difficult challenge for entrepreneurship lies in the stage 0 to 1. Whether the entrepreneurial team can clarify the key ideas of entrepreneurship, including entrepreneurial hypothesis, market positioning and entrepreneurial goals, and whether there are clear goals for common pursuit. Give full play to the potential of the team and whether they have the ability to communicate to successfully obtain the required resources and complete tasks? Facing a fast-changing future, the thinking and ability training of these key issues can not only be applied to entrepreneurial issues, it can also help students improve their ability to deal with problems.
