為建造出使人居住舒適且感到愉快的建築物，必須分別從舒適性、安全性及經濟條件等因素上來加以考量，並選擇適當的構造、合適的施工方法及材料來加以完成。 本課程主要從購法計畫的觀點對於以上的課題分別加以探討。to be filled
