課程概述 Course Description

從此課程中,研究生將可學到什麼是多媒體,什麼是超媒體,以及兩者在語言教學上的應用。 學生將學到如何使用多媒體編輯軟體以及網路教學平台的應用,以便能進行整合教室課程與多媒體網路的語言教學。此外,關於多媒體/超媒體的課程分析、設計、發展和評量的書籍和文獻探討,將可幫助學生進一步瞭解相關的研究和將其應用於語言教學之中。
In this course, graduate students will learn multimedia and hypermedia, as well as the applications of them in language teaching. Students will learn how to use (a) the multimedia-based authoring tools and applications, and (b) a course management system on the Internet. Some important literature and research papers concerning the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of multimedia/hypermedia-based Language lessons/courses will be reviewed and discussed. Students will learn how to use multimedia and develop a lesson by using a hypermedia-based technology In addition, hypermedia-based instructional applications on the Internet will also be introduced and practiced. Students are expected to acquire current issues in multimedia/hypermedia-based Language language teaching, and the cross disciplinary foundations of CALL (e.g., multimedia instruction, instructional design, computer-assisted learning, language learning, and communicative approach).
