課程概述 Course Description
本課程旨在深度研究當代劇本及劇場相關議題,延續本系大學部頗具特色的現代戲劇課程,除了拓展研究生鑑賞及分析劇作的技巧,更著重於詮釋及評論能力的挖掘與啟發。本課程將特別著重劇場文本在不同文化之間的改編、模仿、挪用,並從此角度來審視劇場美學的變遷。如果,將西方的現當代戲劇,看成一連串論述與操作的嘗試,那麼,它在清末逐漸進入半殖民意義下的東方時,它從哪裡進入、何時進入、它與在地文化團體的關係與結盟為何,自然會影響到中國現當代戲劇的形成與特色。而這些嘗試與結盟,不僅建構了中國早期的現代戲劇,也反身性地影響了西方劇場的創作,共同構築並推進了現當代戲劇的作品演變。另外也將著重劇本、表演與空間的交纏關係,以讓研究生在面對現當代戲劇作品時,能以更全面且具體的能力去處理、分析及解讀。This course will explore, research and debate some issues in the context of drama and contemporary performance. Topics include technology and theatre, contemporary theatre criticism, international theatre festivals and more.
