課程概述 Course Description

以交通工程為基礎,加入公路幾何設計,讓都市規劃者從規劃到衝擊評估,以至於道路設計,有完整全面的認識。內容涵蓋交通管制設施、交通法規、車流理論、容量分析、高速公路流量與匝道設計、號誌管制與設計、行人設施、自行車與機車道設計、肇事分析,以及智慧型運輸系統等。
This course integrates Highway Geometric Design into Traffic Engineering so as to offer urban planners a comprehensive tool for planning, design, and impact assessment of all roadway systems. The syllabus includes traffic control devices, safety regulations, traffic flow theory, capacity analysis, freeway traffic flow and interchange design, signal control and design, pedestrian facilities, bikeways and scooter paths design, traffic accident analysis, and intelligent transport system.
