課程概述 Course Description

隨著科技之發展與進步,產生許多新興的人文社會與法律議題,本課程致力於探索科技如何影響社會、經濟、文化、政策和法制,反之社會、經濟、文化、政策和法制又如何影響科學研究與技術發展,跨領域研究科技發展的社會意涵與互動影響、科技社會的複雜面貌與衍生相關爭議,以及科技治理與法律規制等各種問題,以搭建科技與公眾社會之知識對話及發展多元應用策略之可能性;課程設計嘗試以跨學科領域之科技整合與規範關懷的角度來觀察探究,將攸關「人工智慧(AI)科技」多樣的研究議題融入課程討論中,致力於探索科學和技術關聯課題,尋找重要公共政策問題解決之道,與形塑問題解決導向的法制建置。
With the development and progress of science and technology, many emerging humanities, social and legal issues have arisen. This course is dedicated to exploring how high technology affects the society, economy, culture, policy, and legal system, and vice versa, how social, economic, cultural, policy and legal systems affect science researches and technological developments, cross-field researches on the social implications and interactive effects of developments in science and technology, the complex appearance of the technological society and related disputes, as well as various issues such as technological governance and legal regulations, in order to build a knowledge dialogue between technology and the public society and diverse development the possibility of applying strategies. This curriculum design attempts to observe and explore from the perspective of technology integration across disciplines, integrate various research topics related to "Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology" into the curriculum discussion, and devote itself to exploring scientific and technological related topics, looking for solutions to important public policy issues, and shaping the issue-solving-oriented legal systems.
