課程概述 Course Description

了解「市場機會辨識」是創業過程中很重要的一步,學習掌握市場需求、服務市場方式,以及顧客痛點的知識,可以推演出創業的發展機會;透過統計數據資源(政府或法人調查報告等)與市場分析工具(PEST分析、波特五力分析、競爭對手分析、消費者分析等),具體構思出目標顧客的樣態,以更有創意的方式解決顧客痛點。
"Market Opportunity Recognition" is the major step in the entrepreneurial process. Students will learn the knowledge of market needs evaluation, service market methods, and customer pain points. Based on the market information, students will deduce the opportunities for a startup. Using statistical data resources, like survey reports from government agencies, independent survey organizations, or universities, and market analysis tools, such as PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis, competitor analysis, consumer analysis, etc., students can infer the major target customer and solve customer pain points in a more creative way.
