課程概述 Course Description

正念減壓(MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program)是1979年美國卡巴金博士(Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.)於麻省大學附設醫院所創設,結合醫學和心理學與東方禪修,協助參與者以正念內觀處理壓力、疼痛和疾病。經由四十多年來科學實證,其係為一套有效的團體訓練課程,對焦慮減少、情緒管理提升、增加睡眠品質、增加免疫功能,及專注力提升等都極大的助益。 正念認知療法 (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, 簡稱MBCT) 是以認知行為治療為基礎,融入正念減壓(MBSR)所發展出的治療方法。由英國的 John Teasdale、Mark Williams 與加拿大的 Zindel Segal 等人所創立,透過連續 8 週,每週3小時的團體訓練課程,在第六週及第七週中間有一天的止語練習,與課後作業,促成所有轉化與改變的要素。其主要係培養人們以比較寬廣的視野、不批判的接納態度面對自己與世界,並透過正念練習看清 ”想法就只是想法,並非事實”,協助人們從不斷反芻、視野窄化的念頭中解放出來。
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) was created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (Ph.D.) at the University of Massachusetts Hospital in 1979. It combines medicine, psychology and oriental meditation. Assist participants to deal with stress, pain and illness with mindfulness insight. After more than 40 years of scientific evidence, the department is an effective group training course that greatly helps reduce anxiety, improve emotional management, increase sleep quality, increase immune function, and improve concentration. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a treatment developed based on cognitive behavioral therapy and integrated into mindfulness decompression (MBSR). Founded by John Teasdale and Mark Williams in the United Kingdom, and Zindel Segal in Canada, through 8 consecutive weeks of 2.5 hours per week group training courses, in the sixth and seventh weeks there is a day of stop speech practice, and class Post-work, the elements that contribute to all transformations and changes. Its main purpose is to cultivate people to face themselves and the world with a broader vision and a non-critical acceptance attitude, and through mindfulness exercises to see that "thoughts are just ideas, not facts", and to help people get rid of the thoughts of continuous rumination and narrowing of vision Liberate.
