一、政治之意義與價值,權力正義與知識正義,政治之雙面容  二、分析政治現象之基本理論,結構功能論,政治系統論,菁英論,團體論,整合論,衝突論,階級論,決策論,公共選擇論,物質論,心靈論,其他理論  三、統治者與人民,政治與人性,各種政體,民主與憲政,現代憲法與社會契約,憲章與憲律  四、 統治組織,政府,內閣制,總統制,混合制,中央政府與地方政府,我國之政府體制  五、法律之意義,制定法,習慣法,條理法,法律之適用  六、政黨,政黨之分類,爭奪權力與政黨競爭,政治中立,政黨體系,利益團體,我國之政黨政治  七、 公正之選舉,各種選舉法制,人民之政治參與,投票行為 八、 公共政策,政策過程,政策規劃,政策決定,政策執行,政策評估,政治考量與專業考量  九、政治文化,政治文化之多樣性,政治社會化  十、政治發展,政治發展與政治衰退,政治發展之困境,政治發展之危機  十一、意識型態,各種意識型態,政治思想與政治行為  十二、國際政治與兩岸關係,外交政策與兩岸政策之衝突,台灣之困境與抉擇
