課程概述 Course Description

此課程融入服務學習,希望讓學生體驗並思考現在的公共環境對於輪椅使用者是否友善?無障礙設施的所在位置?如何安全正確地使用這些設施?這些設施的設計,是否真能符合行動不便者的需求?是否有需改善處?可增設那些設施以輔助輪椅使用者? 課程針對相關公共環境設施進行調查,並結合相關科技,將詳細無障礙設施資訊以不同方式呈現於網路地圖與相關行動裝置上,讓輪椅使用者可查詢使用,使輪椅使用者在公共環境的活動能更加的安全及方便,讓台灣成為智慧友善的國家。讓學生學以致用,推廣正確的無障礙觀念,並從中學習與體會大學生應負的社會責任。
The course focus on built up students' university social responsibility, students are asked to investigate the adjacent public environment and integrate the information, presenting the detail information of barrier-free facilities by internet maps and related mobile devices, so that the disabled users can easily inquire the information of the facilities, helping them join social life without the limitation of their disability. Students will know the importance of the builting up the barrier-free environment and outdoor activities will be safer and more convenient for those disabled. The course is combined with service learning, providing the opportunities for students to experience the assistant devices and think about the appropriateness of barrier-free facilities in public environment. Where are the barrier-free facilities? Is it convenience for disabled users? How to use these facilities safely and correctly? What kind of facilities should be added to assist the disabled users? Does the design of these facilities truly meet the needs of the disabled? Is there anything to improve? The course will also guide the students how to integrate information with technology, to practice the manufacture of mobile application, experience the integration of medical professional and information technology.
