課程概述 Course Description
我國當代刑法理論的發展深受德國法的影響，不論是解釋學與刑事立法，均可 看到來自德國之法哲學、法社會學，以及解釋方法論的影子。本課程設計在於 讓選修學生得以了解到德國法制的最新發展與理論現況。The development of contemporary criminal law theory in Taiwan is deeply influenced by German law. Taiwan's legal interpretation and criminal legislation are influenced by German philosophy of law, sociology of law, and method of interpretation. The purpose of this course is to give the students an insight into the latest developments and theories of the German legal system.
