課程概述 Course Description
請老師提供課程簡介給系辦公室。The task of criminal law is to fight crime, and it is the most important manifestation of criminal policy. In addition to the Code of Criminal Entities and Procedures and the criminal justice for the effectiveness of criminal policy, it contains all measures relating to national crime prevention and closely related to the political and economic conditions of current society. Therefore, the learning content of criminal policy is very different from the criminal law which has always focused on the study of the code. This course is designed to link traditional criminal law and policy.
