課程概述 Course Description
智慧財產權法之重要分支包括工業財產權法（專利法、商標法）及文學藝術財產權法（著作權法），與經濟活動、社會文化發展息息相關，實為現今知識化社會所不可或缺之法律知識。本課程將選擇此兩大分支及其他新興議題（如產地名稱保護、傳統知識...等），進行深入研究。The important branches of the Intellectual Property Law include Industrial Property Rights Law (Patent Act, Trademark Act) and Literary and Artistic Property Rights Law (Copyright Act), which are closely related to economic activities and cultural development. These are essential legal knowledge for knowledge-based society nowadays. This course will select these IPR laws and other emerging issues (such as the protection of the appellation of the origin, traditional knowledge ... etc.) for advanced research.
