課程概述 Course Description

本課程係以比較法觀點介紹其他國家之民事訴訟法，課程內容涵蓋普通法民事訴訟程序之介紹，以及比較不同法系間之差異性及和實務應用之情況。
This course is about civil procedure laws in the comparative context. The course includes the introduction to civil procedure laws in the common law system, as well as the comparison of the legal theories and practice with the civil law system.
