課程概述 Course Description

我國刑法乃繼受自德國、日本刑法。尤其是德國刑法學現今仍然是我國刑法研究之重要參考。為了培養同學能夠直接參考德國刑法學第一手資料的能力,本課程將引導同學以德文閱讀刑法學之重要文獻。本課程之教學目標乃希望同學藉由閱讀不同類型之德文刑法文獻,例如教科書、註釋書、期刊論文、法院判決等,得以熟悉德文的刑法重要概念以及刑法德文文獻之使用方式,進而可以參考刑法德文文獻,獨立從事刑法之研究。
Our criminal law is inherited from the German and Japanese criminal laws. Especially the German criminal law is still an important reference for our country's criminal law research. In order to develop the ability of students to directly refer to the first-hand information of German criminal law, this course will guide students to read important texts of criminal law in German. The teaching objective of this course is to hope that by reading different types of German criminal law texts, such as textbooks, commentaries, journal articles, court decisions, etc., students can become familiar with the important concepts of German criminal law and the use of German criminal law documents, and students can refer to the German criminal law documents in order to independently conduct research on criminal law.
