就我國社會福利領域之法律問題進行研究與討論。 ☆ 社會基本權之內涵與釋義學上之結構　☆ 社會保險之原理與定義：與其他保險之區隔、差異　☆ 全民健保之合憲性檢驗　☆ 全民健保之法律關係　☆ 全民健保之保費相關問題：徵收方式、基準、範圍、費率等 ☆ 全民健保之營運：總額預算制、卓越計畫、委外　☆ 全民健保與醫病關係　☆ 勞保之特性與爭議：職業群體之綜合保險、給付種類、職業傷病之界定　☆ 國民年金之建構：我國國民老年照顧之體制走向　☆ 公務人員老年照顧之法律定性　☆ 社會救助之基準與給付　☆ 身心障礙者之扶助措施
