課程概述 Course Description

於今日高度發達的商業社會中，了解並掌握做為現代商業環境中日益重要的公司法及相關法律，是不可或缺的。特別是法律系的學生，更應該詳細了解公司法規範。因此，本課程的設計，即在於提供必要的公司法培訓，以進一步了解相關法令。於修習本課程後，學生預計將掌握正確地將公司法規範運用於實務案例的能力。
In today’s highly developed commercial society, it is essential to everyone to get acquaintance with commercial law and related regulation, as it becomes important in our modern business environment. Especially, for law students, they should equip themselves with the fundamental principles of corporate law. Accordingly, this course is designed to provide students needed training and to enable them to have a basic understanding of corporate law. After the course of study, students will be able to identify corporate law issues and apply relevant laws and regulation correctly.

  • to describe the characteristics of modern business organizations and companies
  • to illustrate the correlations of modern business organizations and laws
  • to evaluate the feasibilities of corporate management and measures taken
  • to identify possible legal issues incurred owing to corporate management
  • to apply law against corporate reality and to obtain pertinent result
  • to communicate results in written or oral form to classmates
  • to demonstrate esprit de corps (team spirit) through teamwork
