課程概述 Course Description
本專題研究之主題與學習目的在於：壹 憲法與行政法之關聯、貳 行政法之基本概念與原則、參 新興行政法課題之探索。The purpose of this seminar on public law try to discuss: (1) the relationship between constitutional law and administrative law (2)the fundamental concept and principle of administrative law, (3)the new development of administrative law.
