課程概述 Course Description
本課程運用科學的方法，建立體系性的思維，研究法規範的理性思維方法，以追求法的正當內涵呈現。法學方法論，不僅為研究法學的學者所必備，也是所有想真正成為法律人所必備的知識。This course uses scientific methods to establish systematic thinking, and to study the rational thinking methods of the norm, and to present the legitimate connotation of the pursuit of law. The methodology of law is not only necessary for scholars studying law, but also the necessary knowledge for all legal persons.
