課程概述 Course Description

This course focuses on the valuation skills in Finance, the security analysis. The comprehensive framework of this course can be categorized as the following components: (1) Business Analysis, (2) The Analysis of Financial Statement, (3) Introduction of Valuation Models, (4) Finding Cost of Capital, (5) Forecasting and Valuation Analysis, and (6) The Analysis of Credit Risk. Related financial theories are also introduced and applied in usage of Fundamental Analysis.
