課程概述 Course Description

企業要有執行力,必須建構強健的營運流程與管理,企業營運模式可以說是企業如何整合內外部資源以執行策略,達到企業目標的具體方案設計。好的策略,若無良好的營運模式配合,終究只是紙上談兵,無法顯現其效果。本課程目標即在於,讓同學了解企業的營運模式包含那些要素、還有企業如何透過創新的營運模式設計脫穎而出。 本課程重視培養學生的思考、整合與分析能力,學生在擁有企業各項功能(生產、行銷、人力資源、研究開發、財務)的基本知識後,可透過本課程了解企業如何整合上述功能,以成就其事業策略。為了讓同學了解營運模式該如何運用,本課程除了課堂上的講授及課堂報告中學習營運模式的相關知識外,也將以實際的案例研討方式,讓同學了解企業營運管理的相關議題。
