課程概述 Course Description

半導體雷射導論”課程堨D要分為四大章節:半導體雷射物理;製程;特性及量測;以及應用範疇。由於有機金屬氣相磊晶是發光元件最重要的一種III-V化合物材料的成長技術,林蔚博士在此磊晶技術累積30年以上經驗,將會在半導體雷射製造技術這一章裡,做詳細的介紹。
The semiconductor lasers made of III-V Semiconductor materials will be introduced. The course is mainly containing four chapters by Physics, Fabrication, Characteristics and Application of Semiconductor Lasers. Since the MOVPE is the most important epitaxy technology for realizing a semiconductor laser and Dr. Wei Lin, teacher of this course, has being working in MOVPE for more than 30 years, the MOVPE technology will be a special section in Fabrication.
