課程概述 Course Description

Several popular spectroscopic analysis tools, including Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), Raman Spectroscopy, Rutherford Backscattering Spectroscopy (RBS), Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy (SIMS), and Ellipsometry, will be discussed.

  • Introduction to several popular spectroscopic analysis tools
  • Introduction to the fundamental physics of imaging techniques.

    2X-ray diffraction: Instrumental setup for diffraction analysis; Laue method of Back and transmission reflection.
    3X-ray diffraction: Crystal perfection, size, and deformation.
    4X-ray diffraction: The structure and texture of polycrystalline aggregates.
    5Electron diffraction pattern: reciprocal lattice, and zone law.
