課程概述 Course Description所教授之課程內容將著重於介紹蛋白質及重要的分子遺傳物質核酸等生物巨分子的序列、特性、結構、以及其結構與功能之間的關係之基本知識為導論。亦針對最近幾年來在國際生物醫療領域備受重視之研究生物巨分子的新穎方法的發展及應用做概述。
The course covers the basics of biophysics for biomacromolecules, including protein and genetic materials. It begins with introducing the elements, characteristics, and structure of biomacromolecules, as well as the structure-function relationships. The course also introduces the latest and important developments of the methods, in the biomedical field, to study biomacromolecules, as well as their potential applications.
