課程概述 Course Description1. Understand what is "Quality" of different industries. 2. Understand how "Quality" change the future of a business. 3. Know how some famous global companies work the "Quality" in the organization. 4. Know how to use the statistical software for analyzing the quality related problems.
After all the lectures, the students should learn how to apply the statistical charts and analyzing methods to identify the quality of the products. Moreover, the students should be good at explaining the numerical results.
