課程概述 Course Description
本課程之設計主要以分析的架構介紹重要國際貿易理論,並藉以了解當前國際經貿情勢。本課程介紹理論包含傳統國際貿易理論(如比較利益法則,Heckscher-Ohlin及Stolper-Samuelson理論等),以及新國貿理論(如產業內貿易及規模經濟下之貿易型態等),學生將可以在本課程學習國際貿易的分析工具。 ★★★★★★【本課程所對應其基本素養之詳述】 本課程討論重要國際貿易理論與政策相關概念,包含國際市場供給與需求的基本理論,解釋國與國之間為何會貿易及貿易之後果,國際貿易的獲利者與受害者等。利用國貿理論模型分析國際市場在價格,生產,需求之間的關聯,特別是國際市場均衡對國家的福利效果及所得重分配的現象,進一步透過經濟分析工具的學習,培養學生對國際貿易議題的分析,如區域經濟合作架構協議,兩岸服務業貿易協議,國際反傾銷措施等,期許學生具備國際視野及對經貿議題的關注。This course mainly provides the most important theories and an analytical framework on international trade for illuminating current events. The course on trade theory covers traditional international trade theories (including comparative advantage, Heckscher-Ohlin and Stolper-Samuelson theorems), and new trade theories (including intra-industry trade and trade with economics of scale). Students can learn the analytical tools of international trade through the progress of the course.
