課程概述 Course Description
本課程將選定刑事訴訟法領域中幾個重要的主題,每個主題提供相關實例題,學生在開學時便應分組選定其中一個題目,除了在課堂做二十分鐘的口頭報告之外,期末必須繳交字數在七千字以上(包括註腳,不包括參考文獻)的完整報告。每組學生除了自己的報告之外,尚有評論他組報告的義務。除了負責報告與評論的同學之外,其他修課同學也應積極加入討論。期末的評分將綜合三個部分的表現。This course will select several important topics in the field of criminal procedure law, and will provide relevant examples on each topic. Each student should select one of the topics in groups at the beginning of the semester. In addition to giving a 20-minute oral report in the classroom, the final report must have a full word count of more than 7,000 words (including footnotes, excluding references). In addition to their own reports, each group of students has an obligation to comment on the reports of other groups. In addition to the students responsible for reports and comments, other students in the class should also actively participate in the discussion. The final score will combine the performance of the three parts.
