課程概述 Course Description
憲法釋義學的體系建構,是嘗試思考:在合於憲法之自由民主法治的基本價值下,如何透過整體法秩序的規範作用,去設計與規劃國家的組織體系,而實踐人民基本權利的保障,促成人的自我實現的最大可能性。這也是本課程的開設理念。Introducing the basic concepts and structures of Constitution. Considering how to ensure the basic rights of the people and constitutionconform operations of government under the basic structure of democracy and the rule of law.
