課程概述 Course Description

本課程為護理系「精神衛生護理學」及職治系「照護關係之友善互動與共融意識」所跨域延伸之15+3選修課程,課程強調人類行為在生理、心理、社會文化、發展及靈性的整體與動態關係,主要的關注對象為自我功能失調、心理疾患病人及其家庭和社區。教學目標為協助同學應用人文、公民素養及社會關懷之專業知識與實踐能力於相對弱勢族群,在互動、共學與自我觀照的一連串學習行動中,省思、辯證或轉化自身對於心理疾病及該族群的既有觀感或偏見,理解、接納他人與自身之身心失調狀態,並尊重生命潛能之韌力及無限可能。 課程將安排多元學習方式—復元老師(復元病友) 及專業老師共同授課、心理疾病模擬體驗、電影賞析、師生共遊共學,復元老師將分享其成功與病共存及復元之生命經歷,並透過師生優質互動之共學機會,將同學分組,與復元老師配對,以復元四階段「為病所困、掙扎於病、與病共存、超越疾病」為敘事架構,透過各次共學活動,提供同學以參與式觀察視角,展現其知識與行動之反思與共學歷程。
This is the “15+3 transdisciplinary extensive course” of combining the two courses: Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Care in department of nursing and Friendly Interaction and Sense of Inclusion in Healthcare Relationship in department of occupational therapy. This course emphasized the wholistic and dynamic interaction of human behaviors within biological, psychological, social-cultural, developmental and spiritual aspects, and concerns the target population with ego dysfunction, mental illness, and their families and community. It aims to assist students to apply various literacies of humanistic, citizen cultural, and social concerns by integrating and implementing related knowledge in a relative vulnerable target population as the persons recovered from mental illness. Through interaction, mutual learning, and self-reflective actions, students are expected to revisit, discern, or even transform their own perspectives or stereotypes about mental illness, to accept others and their own physical and psychological dysregulations, and in turn, to respect the dignity, resilience and unlimited potentials of human lives. The course will arrange the multiple learning activities, including the lectures provided by recovery and professional instructors, simulation of auditory hallucination, film sharing, and learning by doing trips. Recovery teachers will share their experience of being with, struggled with, overcome, and recovered from the mental illness. Through the life narratives mutually rendered by students and recovery teachers will provide students and instructors a participatory observation on the learning journey of recovery in mental illness.

  • 認識心理疾患病人接受治療與面對疾病的心路歷程;
  • 理解、接納他人之身心失序狀態,並尊重生命潛能之韌力及無限可能;
  • 省思、辯證或轉化自身對於心理疾病及該族群的既有觀感或偏見;
  • 認識、接納與關切自身或親友身心狀態,破除對精神疾病迷思及促進心理健康識能。
