課程概述 Course Description
人的一生活在不斷變化、難以預期的大環境中,變化的過程產生了問題,有日常生活的、也有專業領域的,且這些問題絕大多數是未曾有過的,須要思考、抉擇、規劃、執行能力來化解問題。本課程的目的在經由課堂講授、作業設計、案例討論、及專題報告,培育學生有策略的面對、瞭解、及處理生涯發展議題之抉擇與規劃的系統化能力。We live throughout our life in an ever-changing and unprecedented environment. Daily and professional problems occurred in the changing process, and most of the problems had never been encountered before. The abilities of thinking, decisions, planning and execution are needed to solve problems. The objective of this course is to cultivate undergraduate students with decision and planning capabilities regarding facing, understanding and solving the issues of career development strategically, through classroom teaching, homework design, case study and project report.
