課程概述 Course Description
台灣從 2018 年進入高齡社會，預計 2026 年達到超高齡社會。面對快速的社會變遷，本課程將探討現代高齡社會不同生命階段健康生活的社會需求與領域知識，從食、衣、住、行、育、樂六個面向探討促進健康生活的方法與智慧科技的應用，並透過分組研討與實作應用設計思考提出高齡社會健康生活的問題情境與設計方案。Taiwan entered a senior society in 2018 and is expected to reach a super-age society in 2026. In the face of rapid social changes, this course will explore the social needs and domain knowledge of healthy living in different stages of modern high-age society, and explore ways and wisdom to promote healthy living from the six aspects of food, clothing, housing, travel, education and music. The application, and through the group discussion and practical application design thinking, proposes the problem situation and design plan for the healthy life of the elderly.
