課程概述 Course Description
本課程為「藝術學分學程」實作課程之一，教學內容包含：使用者中心設計（同理心測試）、D立方-Discover/Develop/Deliver設計流程、體驗設計與服務設計流程（顧客旅程）、商業模式及品牌創意工程。本課程以工作坊密集的訓練，由任課老師搭配業界專家「師徒指導」方式執行。This course aims to provide a comprehensive training of design thinking to introduce the important concepts of design artistic work including user-centered design, discover/develop/deliver design process, service experience design, and business model. The course is designed as an intensive workshop style to provide a tutorial teaching method to facilitate the students working on their design projects.
