課程概述 Course Description

課程內容主要包括五大部分,1.都市再生學的構成,2. 造街保存,3. 舊市街中心地、老舊社區再發展理論與實際案例,4. 設施經營,5. 舊有建築物的轉用。
1. Constitution of Urban Regeneration, 2. Sustainable management for street-building plans, 3. Further development theory and practical cases of old street center and the old community, 4. Facilities management, 5. Utilization of old buildings.
