課程概述 Course Description

由於民訴範圍龐大,常有許多單元都無法在基礎民訴課程中討論到,因此本課程擬以一學期的課程,分為幾個單元,協助同學對於民訴法的各個審級與特殊程序,可以有深入地理解,並學習如何進行實例與判決分析。
It is the supplement course for the requirement: civil procedure. Therefore, this course will focus on several units such as appealing procedures, evidence, domestic affairs, and other secured procedures. Students need to provide their mid-term oral presentation and complete mid-term and final exams. Language Requirement: Fluent Spoken Mandarin Chinese and Decent Reading Comprehension Ability.
