課程概述 Course Description

一、 界面化學原理簡介 二、 洗淨程序的基本原理 三、 界面活性劑的基本概念 四、 個人和居家清潔劑簡介 五、 身體清潔品的成分與功能(洗髮劑、染髮劑、沐浴乳、香皂) 六、 化粧保養品的成分與功能 七、 家庭用洗劑類的成分與功能 八、 家庭用衛生產品的成分與功能(殺菌、防腐、防黴、殺藻劑) 九、 精選文獻
This course aims to provide fundamental principles of surface chemistry and its applications in personal care, cosmetics and household cleaning products. The objectives of this course are to enhance the students’ knowledge in the cleansing process and the mechanism underlying the detergency. The students taking this course are expected to be able to read the label of these products, and to apply properly these products in their daily living environment to promote the hygiene and safe environment.
